A space for the construction of three six-floor apartment buildings is being developed at the very end of Pod Juliskou street, a blind alley. The buildings are designed to create a compact space providing both privacy and opportunities for social activities. The development will make use of existing mature vegetation in order to naturally shield residents from surrounding properties. Underground garages will ensure that the new development is integrated into the sloping terrain and their rooftop area will create an interesting green space with play elements for both children and adults.
The living areas of the units are preferentially oriented to the west or south for sufficient supply of natural light. Most of the 79 apartments feature recessed balconies with corner pillars to provide sufficient privacy. Ground-floor apartments with fenced front yards are also available.
